Just go to you Mobile that should b Nokia S40 mobile, My Mobile is Nokia C3 So i am going to give you my mobile way to that How to Set Nokia Mobile Internet Profile, let me see below.
Choose Menu >>> Settings >>> Select Configuration >>> Personal Settings >>> Add >>> Choose Web .
Now Just Put This Setting in Account
APN : FeemiWeb.
Proxy : 31.13.99.27
Port : 80
