Once you will login on Blogger you will see dashboard, showing your blogs lists (if you have created more than 1 Blog). Click on this Orange icon to create your post.
Now, you will see the live visual Editor.
This editor has many options.
Post Title:
The first step is to write title. Title should not be more than 60 characters and it must contain focus keyword. Focus keyword is a keyword which you like to rank on Google. It can be a single keyword or a phrase.Choose a descriptive and impressive title because search engines index your post title. So the best way to attract visitors is to write catchy and impressive title.
Post Content Body:
This is under Post title where you write content of your article. According to many SEO Experts, Your content should covers at least more than 300 words. Search Engines treat first paragraph of your article as a meta description so use focus keyword in very start of your first paragraph. Try to use focus keyword more than 3 or 4 times in your content. As i told earlier, focus keyword is a keyword which you want to index on search engines. The density of focus keyword should not be more than 3%.
Compose and HTMl interfaces
There are two interfaces, Visual editor and HTML. if you want to include HTML Tags or java scripts you can use HTML View.
How to upload images to blog post :
It’s very easy to upload image in your blogger post.
Now click on the Upload image icon, which is highlighted in screenshot. You can upload images of all formats including PNG, JPEG etc.
Once the images are uploaded, click Add Selected. This is how you can insert image to your Blogger Post. Your images are linked with your Picasa account so that you can get access to use them when you want. You can change the size and alignment of image by using Right, Left and Center alignment icons in taskbar. You can also add a link to image.
Permalinks:
You can change default permalink of your blogger post. Keep in mind that the permalink structure matters a lot in SEO. Don’t use lengthy phrase but always use focus keyword in permalink.
